Perfect and brilliant hotel, accommodating staff from the cleaning team upto the manager, everything was nice. Excellent location away from from everything.

Everything was wonderful, however a few employees were very grumpy. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied.

The rooms were brand-new and modern with fresh towels, bar, as for instance, I loved that.

They served disappointing breakfast, it can be far better.

We booked it before and recommend it to everyone. The restaurant was good for breakfast, we ordered FINE dishes.

It had great location within short walking distance to Santa Ponsa Plaza. Exceptionally comfortable bed, bright room, everything was wonderful.

The location is magnificent and they have parking nearby. Sakura, where you can eat, is around 10-15 minutes walk from from here. The apartment overlooks swimming pool and includes a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and fridges.

Really nice stay on Holidays. Fairly clean hotel in a really nice building short walk to beach which again is fantastic-clear water, golden sands and very clean and shops, restaurants and the beach.

The Jutlandia Family Resort in Santa Ponsa offers great value for money and an enjoyable stay. The hotel is situated at the top of a small hill, providing stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The basic amenities are well-maintained, with rooms being clean and comfortable. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. this hotel provides excellent service and attention to detail, making it a fantastic choice for a relaxing vacation.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

The location was very good and away from the noise and bustle of the strip, apartment was air conditioned well and was equipped with microwave and toaster, staff very friendly and helpful

When we arrived we were advised there was no apartment available in the jutlandia as it was double booked through no fault of our own, we were sent over to the Plazamar to stay for one night it was an inconvenience as we could not unpack until the next day. Jutlandia were lovely apartments pool was very nice but disappointed at the lack of sunbeds, I went down to the pool and 9.10am and all the beds were reserved with towels and stacked up in bundles of 4 &5, I actually saw one stack of 4 beds reserved with a packet of baby wipes, very unfair if you are paying for this service there should be beds to facilitate the number of guests.

The complex was not to big, all rooms faced the swimming pool. Swimming pool area was big with plenty of sunbeds. We had a good relaxing holiday. Resort centre is just a stones throw away with plenty of shops & resturants & aslo the beach which had a fun fair at the weekend. Food was a bit limited but enough choice of a night & the breakfast was very nice especially the sausages, full english, cakes, fruit etc.

The fact that there was a very limited choice of snacks during the day because you dont always want to go over the road for something, & that they couldn't put a bit of cheese in a hamburger. You had to sign for everything on the all inclusive package which was not a problem but just a bit of a pain. This is just a critism that quiet a few apartments would put there clothes horses outside there apartments by the fence with loads of washing on it, which would look very unsitely.

The location was excellent, the staff was very attentive! We asked for apartment and it was brand-new with bathtubs.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, especially with the amazing facilities they provided. The pools were great, and it was so nice to be able to use the inflatables freely. I also want to mention Anna in the Kids Club, who was absolutely fantastic with my shy 4-year-old. She made him feel so comfortable and he loved his time there. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a big supermarket. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other families.
